Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a delightful experience when you shop our STEM kits on our website!

Occassionaly though, you might want to cancel or return an item. We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Request a cancellation: Contact us before the item is shipped to you, usually 1 calendar day so that we do not ship the item and can cancel your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once the order is shipped, and you must cancel your order before this notification is received.

For Returns: You can return most products from our website, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced approriately.

We also accept returns in the circumstance that there is a genuine reason for returning any of the kits which are opened, due to no fault of the buyers or end user. Genuine reasons include missing parts and/or incorrect quantity of parts, and/or incorrectly printed instructions. This list is not exhaustive and will include whatever BornToBuild deems reasonable in good will. In the instance where part(s) is/ are missing from the kit, we shall endeavour to provide the missing part(s).

Please note, in case of refund to Payment Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your funds to reflect in your original payment method once we have refunded from our end. Please contact us in the first instance if you haven't received the refund amount.
