Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Delivery is free within UK, and subsidised for outside UK.

 

Q: How do you send the UK Standard Parcels?

A: All UK Standard parcels are shipped through Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

 

Q: How do you send the UK Fast & Tracked parcels?

A: All UK Fast & Tracked parcels are sent via Hermes, which usually take 2-3 working days.

Q: When will my order be despatched?

A: All orders are despatched by 0900 on the next day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

 

Q: How can I change my order?

A: If you contact us before you receive an email to confirm shipment, we can change your order, however once despatched the order can't be changed.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive an email notification for order confirmation, and despatch. If you've selected Tracked delivery, you'll receive an email with tracking link additionally.

 

Q: The tracker says that my parcel was delivered, but I don't have it. What happened?

A: The delivery driver may leave your parcel safe in your porch/ garage/ or safe area, if nobody is at the address to receive the parcel. Usually they take a picture of delivery which is available on the tracker link. In any case, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email from us.

 

Q: My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: In the unlikely event that you receive your parcel damaged, please contact us immediately by replying on the order confirmation email. We'll set things right!

 

 

Q: Where do you manufacture your kits?

A: We proudly design & manufacture our kits ourselves in the UK.

 

Q: Do you do discounts for schools/ educational instituitions?

A: For orders larger than £100, do contact us, and we can work out a price for you.
